Not only did the shipment fail to arrive within the promised timeframe what influenced my purchasing decision, but the delivery was allegedly left in an unsecured rubbish shed outside my home—an entirely unacceptable practice.
Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, my requests have been met with silence.
The lack of accountability from BOKITTA is astounding and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I demand an explanation for this negligence and immediate action to rectify the situation, either through a replacement shipment or a full refund. Until BOKITTA takes responsibility for their actions and improves their customer service, I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others.
