Late delivery, zero response and Total let down

So, my order (#4283) from BOKITTA was a total bust. Not only did it take forever to arrive, but they decided it was cool to leave it in some dodgy spot outside. And when I tried to get in touch to sort things out? Absolute silence. Unbelievable. I'm not backing down until I get some answers and either a new delivery or my cash back. BOKITTA needs to wake up and smell the dissatisfaction before they lose a whole bunch of customers.
